Perth-based Prendiville Group has expanded into the Top End with its first Northern Territory project: The Leea, a boutique hotel that will reopen in stages from August following an extensive design-led refurbishment.

Stage one — The Leea Poolside, Garden and Common — transforms the existing pool deck into a tropical day-to-night venue with a swim-up bar, a wood-fired pizza pavilion and an outdoor cinema. The group has commissioned Collectivus to deliver a fit-out heavy on raw concrete, deep-green tile and Top End botanicals.

Stage two, the 110-key accommodation tower, is scheduled to complete in early 2027.
